How do I get pricing or place an order?

We respond on WhatsApp — usually within the day. Tap "Enquire on WhatsApp" on any product, service, or bundle and we'll come back with availability, pricing, and pickup or shipping options.

Do you ship outside Nepal?

Yes — by request, on a per-order basis. WhatsApp us first to confirm the destination and quote.

How is the singing bowl tuned?

Each bowl is hand-tuned by ear by the smiths who make it. Notes are approximate. We list a primary tone where we can hear one cleanly.

Can I visit a showroom?

Yes. Four locations: Thamel, Jhamsikhel, Gongabu, and Gatthaghar (Bhaktapur). WhatsApp the nearest showroom before you head over.

Returns?

Within 14 days, in original condition. Email or WhatsApp first.
